I just read that, actually. Before checking PTBJ. Not that I’ve set my Google News alerts to get Animal Collective updates every day or anything…
Anyway, it’s an interesting claim. I’ll have to give Hall & Oats a closer listen. I doubt Animal Collective is that easy to categorize, though, seeing as nobody’s been able to do it with too much accuracy yet.
In other news, Merriweather Post Pavilion is out today and everyone should buy it even though they illegally downloaded it weeks ago. I know I will.
