Last Saturday a partial lunar eclipse took place.
I didn’t know anything about it until I noticed it by chance, while driving, on the way to the pub (I had a strawberry frozen daiquiri, for the record).
There were no clouds in the sky, and so the oh-so-romantic satellite was perfectly visible.
I didn’t have the camera with me, but fortunately a good half of the world (Europe, Africa and the Saudi Arabia area, and Australia) could see the celestial event, and someone took pictures, too.
I chose the one above, taken by a very kind guy in Qatar (I’m just trying to spread the word on Pretending to be Japanese all over the world, actually).
Could I finish this post without uploading any video? Nope.
