Do you have some minutes to spare?

In my previous post I hinted about QOOB, this “different from anything else” TV channel we have in Italy. One of the things I like most about it is that you never know what you’re going to see next, whether a “made by fan” CSS’s video chosen by CSS themselves (I take for granted that you all know and desperately LOVE CSS.. if not, you desperately suck, my friends) or a short movie with.. er.. real people or a stop motion / cartoon / animation video.
Like this:

The colorful video above comes from Studio AKA, a marvellous London based animation studio. I strongly suggest you take a look at their site.
Lots of animation video production companies contribute to QOOB’s programming, but, actually, anyone can do this too.
You just created something that, in your opinion, deserves some exposure? Upload it on QOOB site, wait to see net users’ reactions, cross your fingers and.. who knows? you might watch your creature on TV while triumphally sitting on your beloved sofa.
I’m going to upload stuff from QOOB down here, now and then.
To begin with:
(sorry for the subtitles)

Daddy’s little helper

Administering first aid

Basic training

I leave you with a short film by a director born in.. imagine? Yes: Hamilton, Ontario. Again.
If you have 9 minutes to spare.. take a look at this. Yes, it’s.. incredibly sweet. But I like it a lot.
And that little girl is my hero already.

I really can’t wait to get home from work so I can watch these.
Also, I don’t know about DESPERATELY loving CSS, but I do enjoy them.

Sergio, three of the four comments you’ve posted today are just you hitting on me.
This is why Tuesday is the most fun day of the week.
